Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how the Triggspace Creator Partnership & Referral Programme works. They’re written to be clear and straightforward. If anything is unclear, ask in Discord.

1) Programme terms
The basics: who can join, what you receive, and how referrals are counted.
Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information during application (platform links, audience, project details).
- Approval is at Triggspace’s discretion. We may request additional info.
- You must be able to comply with applicable advertising/disclosure rules for your region.
Rewards (no cash commission)
- Rewards are provided as Triggspace Credit and/or a dev server allocation (tier-dependent).
- Credit is store credit only: it can be used for renewals, upgrades, or new services on Triggspace.
- No cash payouts are offered at this stage.
What counts as a referral
- A referral is counted when a customer uses your unique link/code and completes a successful paid order.
- Credit is applied after the paid order clears successfully.
- Refunded, reversed, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for credit.
Referral assets
- Triggspace may provide a unique referral link and/or code, plus suggested copy and basic assets.
- You may not modify Triggspace branding in a misleading way.
- Custom codes may be available depending on tier and verification.
2) Expectations
Be transparent, helpful, and honest. This keeps the programme sustainable for everyone.
What we expect
- Honest promotion (no exaggerated performance claims).
- Clear disclosure where required (e.g., “affiliate/partner link”).
- Referral links placed in appropriate locations (descriptions, panels, docs, project pages).
- Maintain reasonable activity aligned with your tier.
- Follow Triggspace brand guidelines if provided.
What we don’t allow
- Fake reviews, fabricated claims, or impersonation.
- Spam posting links in unrelated communities.
- Reselling or “coupon farming” schemes.
- Misleading use of Triggspace branding or pretending to be official staff.
- Any attempt to game referrals or tracking.
3) Fair use & anti-abuse
Firm but fair rules to protect the programme and active creators.
Dev server usage
- Free allocations are for development/testing unless otherwise approved in writing.
- This includes staging, QA, demo environments, content creation, and compatibility testing.
- Public, monetised networks require written approval.
Inactivity policy
- Extended inactivity (typically 14–30 days without meaningful usage) may trigger a review.
- We may downgrade allocations or remove benefits if the programme isn’t being used as intended.
- We aim to contact you first where practical.
Abuse consequences
- Abuse may result in termination of programme access.
- Referral credit may be withheld or forfeited for fraudulent, reversed, or abusive activity.
- We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
Tier reviews
- Tiers may be upgraded or downgraded based on activity, referral quality, and policy compliance.
- Benefits may change over time as the programme evolves.
- Manual approval is required for higher tiers.
4) General legal bits

Changes to the programme
Triggspace may update these terms, tiers, and benefits at any time to keep the programme fair and sustainable. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable (for example in Discord).
Termination
You may leave the programme at any time. Triggspace may suspend or terminate participation for policy breaches, abuse, fraud, or behaviour that harms the community or brand.
No guarantees
Triggspace does not guarantee approvals, tier upgrades, referral volumes, or specific credit amounts. Rewards depend on successful, valid referrals and ongoing policy compliance.
Governing law
These terms are intended for use under UK English style and common UK business practice. If you need a specific legal interpretation, seek independent advice.
