Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service of TriggSpace Ltd (“TriggSpace”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This AUP applies to all TriggSpace services, including but not limited to game server hosting, virtual servers, cloud services, web hosting, and related infrastructure.

Important: By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

1. Purpose

This AUP exists to protect the integrity, security, and performance of TriggSpace infrastructure, customers, staff, and third parties. Use of the Services must be lawful, responsible, and consistent with industry standards.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use TriggSpace services to engage in, support, facilitate, or promote any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or disruptive, including but not limited to the following:

a) Illegal Activities

  • Any activity that violates applicable UK, EU, US, or international law
  • Hosting, distributing, or promoting illegal content
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices

b) Abuse & Malicious Activity

  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, traffic flooding, or amplification
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, or malicious scripts
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or exploitation of systems
  • Port scanning, vulnerability testing, or network probing without written permission

c) Content Violations

  • Hateful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, or doxxing
  • Child sexual exploitation material (zero tolerance)
  • Violent or extremist content where unlawful or harmful

d) Service Disruption & Resource Abuse

  • Excessive CPU, memory, disk, or network usage impacting service stability
  • Circumventing service limits or technical safeguards
  • Reselling services without prior written authorisation

e) Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Distribution of cracked software, cheats, or licence circumvention tools
  • Hosting content that violates third-party intellectual property rights

3. Game Server–Specific Rules

When using TriggSpace game hosting services, you must not:

  • Host servers that promote or distribute cheating tools or exploits
  • Distribute pirated or unauthorised game content
  • Operate servers in violation of game publisher terms
  • Use game servers for non-game activities such as cryptomining, proxying, or attack tooling

You are responsible for the conduct of players connecting to your servers.

4. Email & Messaging Abuse

You may not:

  • Send spam or mass unsolicited messages
  • Operate open or compromised mail relays
  • Engage in spoofing or reputation-damaging behaviour

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

TriggSpace reserves the right to:

  • Monitor services for compliance
  • Remove content
  • Suspend or terminate services without notice
  • Restrict resources
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or rights holders where required

6. Reporting Violations

Violations may be reported to:

7. Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, immediate termination, data deletion, and/or reporting to authorities or rights holders.

Termination due to AUP violations may void refund eligibility.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Governing Law

This AUP is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
