These Terms govern the use of services provided by TriggSpace Ltd (“TriggSpace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions (Master Definitions)
The following definitions apply across these Terms and all incorporated policies unless expressly stated otherwise:
“Services” means all services provided by TriggSpace, including Hosting Services and Professional Services.
“Hosting Services” means game hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, web hosting, panels, and related infrastructure.
“Professional Services” means design, branding, development, consulting, or custom work.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” means any individual or entity using the Services.
“Account” means your TriggSpace customer account.
“Policies” means the documents listed in Section 3.
3. Incorporated Policies & Hierarchy
These Terms incorporate by reference the following policies, which together form a binding agreement:
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
- Refund Policy
- Billing & Payments Policy
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- DMCA & Copyright Policy
In the event of conflict:
1) These Terms prevail
2) Service-specific policies prevail over general policies
4. Eligibility & Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
5. Services
5.1 Hosting Services
Hosting Services are provided on a best-effort basis. TriggSpace does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
5.2 Professional Services
Professional Services begin once payment is received.
Professional Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
Use of the Services must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
7. Payments, Billing & Taxes
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the Billing & Payments Policy and Refund Policy.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.
9. Service Availability
Uptime targets and service credits are governed by the Service Level Agreement.
Credits are the sole remedy for availability issues.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property
All TriggSpace intellectual property remains the exclusive property of TriggSpace Ltd.
12. User Content
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant TriggSpace a licence to process content solely to operate the Services.
13. Backups & Data Responsibility
TriggSpace does not guarantee backups unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for your own backups.
14. Suspension & Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated immediately for breach, risk, or legal requirement.
Outstanding balances remain payable.
15. Disclaimers
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
16. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TriggSpace from claims arising from your use of the Services.
18. Force Majeure
TriggSpace is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
19. Changes to Terms
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and incorporated Policies constitute the entire agreement.
