Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by TriggSpace Ltd (“TriggSpace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the TriggSpace Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings set out in the Terms of Service.

Summary: All payments are non-refundable by default, except where this Policy explicitly allows a refund or where consumer protection laws require it.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, hosting infrastructure, and instant or near-instant provisioning, all payments made to TriggSpace are non-refundable, except where:

  • Explicitly stated in this Policy, or
  • Required by applicable consumer protection laws

By purchasing any service from TriggSpace, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provisioned: A purchased service is not provisioned within a reasonable timeframe and TriggSpace support is unable to resolve the issue
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing caused by a TriggSpace system or processing error
  • Statutory Consumer Rights: Where applicable consumer protection laws require a refund

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval at TriggSpace’s discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are strictly non-refundable once provisioned or delivered:

  • Game servers
  • Dedicated servers
  • Virtual private servers (VPS)
  • Setup, installation, or configuration fees
  • Domain registrations or transfers
  • Add-ons, upgrades, and resource expansions
  • Payments made using promotional credits, gift cards, or bonuses

4. Free Trials and Promotions

Free trials or promotional offers are provided as-is and do not guarantee eligibility for a refund once a paid plan begins.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting TriggSpace support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services
  • Administrative or dispute-handling fees
  • Permanent account restriction or closure
  • Loss of eligibility for any future refunds

Additional consequences are defined in the Terms of Service.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services at any time via your client dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for unused service time.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (where eligible), you must:

  • Contact TriggSpace support via email
  • Provide your account email, service details, and reason for the request
  • Submit the request within 7 days of the original transaction, unless otherwise required by law

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

9. Service Abuse and Policy Violations

No refunds will be issued for services suspended or terminated due to:

  • Breach of the Terms of Service
  • Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Illegal activity, abuse, or misuse of services

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
