This DMCA & Copyright Policy forms part of the TriggSpace Terms of Service and explains how copyright and intellectual property complaints are handled.
1. Overview
TriggSpace respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid copyright infringement notices.
While this policy follows the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), TriggSpace will also respond to valid copyright and intellectual property complaints submitted under applicable UK, EU, or other international laws.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
A valid notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material
- Your name and contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
- A statement made under penalty of perjury
- A physical or electronic signature

Submitting false or misleading notices may result in liability under applicable law.
