Billing & Payments Policy

This Billing & Payments Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by TriggSpace Ltd (“TriggSpace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the TriggSpace Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings set out in the Terms of Service.

Summary: Services are prepaid, renew automatically unless cancelled, and non-payment or chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination.

1. Billing Structure

All TriggSpace services are billed on a prepaid subscription basis, unless otherwise stated in a service description, order form, or written agreement.

Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, annually, or otherwise specified at checkout.

2. Automatic Renewals

Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise TriggSpace to automatically charge the selected payment method for recurring fees until cancellation.

3. Pricing & Changes

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time.

Price changes do not affect the current billing period and apply only to future renewals, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Taxes & Fees

All prices exclude VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by your local jurisdiction.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails:

  • Automatic retry attempts may be made
  • Services may be temporarily suspended
  • Continued failure may result in termination

TriggSpace is not responsible for service interruption caused by failed payments.

6. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Online payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)

Availability may vary by region.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting TriggSpace support first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services
  • Administrative or dispute-handling fees
  • Permanent account closure
  • Loss of eligibility for refunds

Chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and fraud monitoring systems.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel services at any time via your client dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for unused service time, except where required by law.

9. Promotional Credits & Discounts

Promotional credits, discounts, or coupons:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • May expire
  • Cannot be redeemed for refunds

TriggSpace reserves the right to revoke promotions in cases of abuse.

10. Account Suspension for Non-Payment

TriggSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, chargebacks, or billing disputes.

Outstanding balances remain payable following suspension or termination.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website.
